I’ve always tried to keep myself fit and healthy. I’m now sharing my passion, having learnt lots more about nutrition, improving mental health, and the importance of daily regimes and habits to keep you fit and healthy.
Listening to your body is important, but, also having that long term vision for your own health and fitness. Mine is wanting to see my children grow up, and meet my grandchildren, should my sons be lucky enough to have children of their own. My own mother died at 65 from cancer, and I want to do all I can to keep my body as healthy as I can, and reduce my risks of ill health.
